Stoneware “Argenta” vase by Wilhelm Kåge, in a large, stately design. Rare, dramatic decor of a dragon fighting with a snake. Beautifully rendered with great attention to details.

“Argenta” was introduced at the Stockholm exhibition in 1930 and became Wilhelm Kåge’s most widely appreciated and commercially successful line of decorative stoneware.
