Large, white and blue PH pendant lamp of the model “Charlottenburg” by Poul Henningsen. Spreads a powerful light without glaring you in the eye, according to Henningsen’s philosophy that one should not be subjected to direct lightbulb light. Some small stains and overall yellowing of the white lacquer, new wiring.

More about the item

Danish Poul Henningsen experimented extensively with lighting during his architectural career and can be described as an architect of lighting. He first presented his “PH” lamp at the Paris Exposition des Arts Décoratifs et Industriels in 1925 and won a gold medal. His lighting models have since become everlasting classics.
